Richard comes to Unique Needs with over 12 years of experience in dementia care and aged care. Now stepping into disability support, he brings his wealth of knowledge, compassion, and a commitment to fostering independence in his clients. Known for his exceptional patience and attention to individual needs, Richard is dedicated to building trust and providing care that empowers those he supports.

Richard says, “I believe in treating every client with patience, respect, and dignity.” We are confident that his experience and approach will make a meaningful impact within our community.


 

Welcoming Fiona Eamans

Fiona joins us with over two years of experience in support work, paired with a caring and nurturing personality that has endeared her to clients. She is known for her non-judgmental, adaptable approach, ensuring that every individual’s unique needs are met with compassion and understanding.

Fiona’s love for all things furry, camping, and making memories shines through in her work, as she shares her passions with clients and creates meaningful experiences.

Fiona says, “I love what I do, and I’m committed to providing care that makes people feel valued and understood.”
